Terms of service

Early access

Cognoio is in invite-only early access. It is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees or an SLA. Features can change or be removed while we iterate. We will not degrade the privacy commitments in the privacy policy without telling you first.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and connect only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to connect. You are responsible for having the right to give Cognoio read access to the data sources you link.

Acceptable use

No attempts to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fees

Early access is currently free. If and when paid plans launch, pricing will be communicated clearly in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit signup.

Termination

You can stop using Cognoio at any time; disconnecting sources stops ingestion, and you can request full account deletion per the privacy policy. We can terminate early-access accounts with notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognoio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of an early-access service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
